Days tour in Lhasa and Tsuphu Monastery

| | Itinerary |  | Day.01 | Arriving
at Lhasa Gongar Airport from Kathamandu or Chengdu, met and transferred to Lhasa
city, you will visit the Stone Gaint Buddha en route. Check in the hotel( 3 stars),
taking rest in the afternoon for high alititude. At about 16:00, drive to visit
Tibet Museum to get a bird eye-view at Tibet Culutral and history! |

| | Day.02 | Getting up at about 8:00am
, after using breakfast, drive to visit the wonder of the world---Potala Palace.
Finish sightseeing at about 12:30, after using lunch outside Drive back to the
hotel to take a rest. About 15:00, drive to visit Jokhang Temple-the most famous
and oldest building in Lhasa. then visit Barkhore Street, the business center
of Lhasa. The whole day visiting will finish at about 18:00, taking dinner and
having rest afterwhile. | | |
| | | Day.03 | Getting
up at about 8:00am, drive to Trupeng Hill to visit Trupeng Monastery which is
one of four great Gelugpa monasteries in Tibet. After sightseeing about 12:30,
drive back to Lhasa and take rest afterwhile. Drive to visit Norbulingka---the
Summer Palace for Dailai Lama. | | |
| | | Day.04 | Drive
70km to Tsuphu Monastery which was once the seat of Karmapa, the incarnate spiritual
head of the Zhanagpa, or " Black Hat" Karma Kargyupa school of Buddhism. Enjoy
the beautiful scenery around the monastery. Taking a bath in the hot spring nearby
which is good for health. Drive back to Lhasa in the late afternoon. The farewell
dinner will be arranged at the Typical Tibetan restaurant to enjoy the local food
with Tibetan dance& song show. | | |
| | | Day.05 | Transferred
to the airport and fly out. | | | :

This
route is quite normal for the sightseeing tourist to Tibet, when planning your
clothing , remember to bring warm clothes for you will be in the elevation of
3650m.You don't need to bring special equipment for this route.
One jacket:
fiber-jacket is ideal for evening.
One sweater.wool or wool mix with a high
neck for extra warmth. Hint
for women:
shorts are not appropriate at any time in Tibet
for lady. Sunglasses, sun crams and lip balm:Sun block with a 15SPF rating or
higher is recommended.
Camera: A 35mm single-lens reflex(SLR) camera with
interchangeable lenses is the most versatile for creative travel photgraphy. |
