August 28, the sixth Pan-PRD Regional Cooperation and Development Forum held in Fuzhou, post-disaster reconstruction in Sichuan wide attention. Rivers in Sichuan, said a speech at the forum this year is a decisive year for corresponding reconstruction, post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction should be gradually shifted to focus on capacity development to enhance hit a new stage.
This forum is to "co-development, and create the future" as its theme, highlight the "deepen cooperation and seek common development", the main focus on four topics: highlight "12 5" cooperation key to raise the overall level of the Pan-PRD regional cooperation; improve the cooperation mechanism to further strengthen the comprehensive modernization of the Pan-PRD regional cooperation in transport network construction; play their respective advantages, strengthen the Pan-Pearl River Delta and the Taiwan region's economic and trade cooperation and cultural exchanges between; to strengthen regional cooperation, promote the Pan-PRD regional population and plans Fertility management system innovation. In response to the international financial crisis and maintain steady and rapid economic development, a crucial year for the parties how to promote exchanges and cooperation with the Pan-PRD deepening? Chengyun on behalf of Sichuan side proposed three suggestions: First, based on expanding domestic demand, after the common response to the challenges of the international financial crisis period; second is based on transfer of industries, participate in new round of developing the western region; third base counterpart support, focused on building long-term a new pattern of cooperation and development, and strive to achieve the "three basic objectives and tasks for two years to complete."
Currently Sichuan earthquake reconstruction proceeded smoothly, the people's livelihood reconstruction and on the results is especially good. As of August 20, in the national post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction master plan project has been started 29704 99.1%, 83.6% of them completed; complete budget for the investment was 84.4%. The provincial reconstruction reconstruction counterparts have entered the sprint stages. Chengyun said that the reconstruction assistance to the provinces in promoting long-term changes in counterpart has taken a substantial step.
