后来还配西安的同伴去买了本书，什么的，就此和他们告别了。我们晚上开始计划剩下的几天要不要去林芝山南等地，原来是没计划的，后来决定还是去林芝吧。算算时间，17号一定要走，18号下午回拉萨。
这一天走的路太长了，可能超过10公里了，高原上走这么多路，真是了不起啊，而且我居然没有觉得特别累，表扬一下自己。

哈哈，终于写到16号了，19号就回了，我都写得有点不耐烦了！一向没耐心L，这下知道职业写手的累了。
言归正传，这天早上起得不早，给前边的师傅打了个电话，说去林芝两天要1800，不去鲁朗林海。赶紧贴条找伴。在院子里问了别的司机，说要3000以上，这几天雪顿节人太多了，价格涨成这样，吓坏我了。
在八郎学对面的“肥姐便餐”吃了碗米线，味道真不错，价钱3、4、5块不等。
去银行把钱全取出来了，居然可以不在银行里留一分钱，卡和存折都保留了，我们都觉得好像对不住银行似的，就留着作纪念吧！
很晚了，我们出发去罗布林卡，应该是以前达赖的夏宫。听别人说了，只要买2块的门票进去就好。老公跑到售票窗口，人家一看又是汉人，说门票60，问还有没有其他的，也不知道是不是听不懂，还说60。换了个窗口，说有2块的，不进里边的宫殿，听朋友说宫殿里没什么好看的。这样，俺们又欢喜的节约了一次。
里面有藏戏表演，咿咿呀呀的也听不动唱的是什么。绕了一圈，很多四川人摆摊卖凉菜，卤猪蹄子，耳朵，牛肉什么的，馋得我不行。一会就出来了终于在门口满足了我的愿望，吃了串炸土豆和四川香肠，结果好几个喇嘛小孩来讨钱。幸亏俺早有准备，兜里放了一堆一毛的，各发一张。这里乞讨的很多，有小孩、喇嘛或是朝拜的老人。准备好一毛的纸币就行，硬币在这里是不流通的。当然，在旅游景点或出去的路上停车时围过来的小孩还是不要给钱的好，一是人太多，你应付不过来，二是养成他们这种习惯并不好。旅游景点门前，像纳木措、珠峰的入口处，那群小孩整天就是等在那里要钱，真正解决贫困问题，还是需要国家大力的投资教育。说句题外话，中国这些年搞教育产业化确实太害人了。
中午在雪莲餐厅吃的午餐，位置大概在亚宾馆的边上。是尼泊尔餐，没觉得有什么美味的，好像不太值得推荐。
可怜的是还没有人联系我们，林芝去不去的成呢！真担心。 . .
下午去色拉寺，听说有辨经。打车要15块，有点远。门口看起来挺清静的，好像没什么人。门票还是要55块，学生票还要45块，跟卖票的商量之后，我们两人买了张学生票。
进去听见噼噼啪啪的声音，还以为有人打桌球呢！后来才知道是在一个院子里辨经呢！地是石头地，被问的喇嘛盘坐在地上接受站着喇嘛的提问。听不懂他们说的是什么，不过提问的喇嘛每次身体动作都很好玩，左腿抬起，两手发扬大拍掌跺脚，同时提问。喇嘛也是有晋升制度的，我们联想到了学士、硕士的答辩。
色拉寺其他地方真的很清静，有一次爬上二楼，中间是天庭，旁边的小屋里供着佛像，还有个喇嘛在数钱呢！当然是信徒的进供，一毛居多，也有大面额的钞票，我在每个寺庙里也多多少少的撒了些一毛。
下午有人给发短信了，说是一块去林芝，号称是河南的驴友，是个女的。后来短信很多，提出要去哪哪哪什么的，我们也不了解林芝那边，建议她跟司机面谈。
回旅馆说好她过来我叫司机一起来的，结果后来又非让我们去青年旅馆找她，路也指错了，好一番折腾，后来又嫌价格贵什么的。我们俩终于决定自己先去大昭寺，吃晚饭，去得成去不成听天意了。大昭寺还要买门票，70，太贵了，我们没进去。在边上的玛吉阿米餐厅吃的饭，烤蘑菇味道很好（我后来回家还炮制了一次），酸萝卜炒牛肉丝也不错，不过份量少少，价格贵贵，服务等于没有，餐具都是我自己去拿的。嘿嘿，人生何处不相逢，居然又碰到了那个中科大的学生，这次是俺们请他吃的饭，不过好像大家都没怎么吃饱。
我的电话终于被那个河南的驴友打没电了，急匆匆赶回旅馆，充上电才知道自己已经被抛弃了，他们约了另一个司机说要去更远的地方。也好也好，她不踹偶们偶们也想揣她了，这样的旅伴估计不会太愉快。
回到宾馆，快10点时，居然有两拨人找我们。一拨是母亲和上大一的孩子，另一拨是两个复旦大学的老师，一男一女，是同事。那个小孩正是意气风发的时候，号称是自己起自行车走青藏线来的，他妈妈不放心，追到拉萨来了，是河南人。给伍金司机打电话，结果他说丰田62去珠峰了，家里的是尼桑，只能坐4个人。这下犯难了，同哪一拨呢？两个复旦大学的老师自动退出了，我们只好和小孩同母亲商量了。伍金说要去鲁朗林海的话，时间紧一点，要2400块，说好不去了。小孩和母亲走后，我俩始终觉得不如意，明显那个小大学生是个比较麻烦的家伙，而且他们嫌包车贵。这是之前走的老师又给我们短信了，说是还希望一起走，如果有可能给他们打电话。我们最后还是选择了回绝母子俩，从来没做过这种事情，但想想后面两天旅途大家相处的问题，老公还是给他们打电话了，借口说年龄差太远，怕他母亲身体不好。在这里还是真诚的向他们道个谦。
后来和两个复旦大学老师约了在背包客喝茶，大家谈好了一起出发的事宜，这天很晚才休息。

想到就快写完了还是挺高兴的，就像到后来虽然我们玩得很尽兴，不过还是想家了一样。
17日8点开往林芝，林芝是号称藏北小江南的地方，所以一路上感觉山是越来越绿，山坡上是从只有草，到小丛的灌木，一直到后来有了原始森林。路过有些山，司机告诉我们这里是采摘虫草的地方，这里又是春天赏杜鹃花的地方……
两个复旦大学的老师同伴都是比较温文尔雅的人，虽然不如西安的同伴幽默豪爽，不过谦谦有礼，也算得上是很好的旅伴了。
司机推荐说巴松措的鲇鱼很有名，我们问多少钱，说200块一斤，大家觉得太贵了。中午就在路边小镇吃的饭，说是林芝产的松茸烧罐头肉，味道不错，结账时却下了我们一跳，一起4个菜说要180块！ ! !也就是松茸罐头，蕨炒腊肉，小竹笋肉丝，清炒大白菜，米饭。主要是没菜单，又是个旅游饭馆的缘故，最后说到150块了事，还是被宰了！所以以后还是要长个心眼，没菜单的话，至少问清楚每道菜是多少钱，要不吃完了就很难再说了。
路上停车时见到一种野果子，司机说很好吃，而且有助于消化，是橘黄色的，像桑椹，树上全是刺。后来又找了一片大饱口福，手上都被刺了好多下，味道酸酸甜甜的真是不错，纯天然食品哦！
没怎么摇晃就到了巴松措（“措”在藏语中就是湖的意思），门票还是40块，居然跟纳木措一样。也是个天然的湖，四周全是青山。由于去过了纳木措，感觉这里的风景都不算稀奇了，其实要搬到北京，也是个大景区了吧！湖心有个小岛，要拉木筏过去。湖心有个寺庙，这居然是个尼玛派的寺庙，高僧是戴红帽子的，还有尼姑。有两只老狗在寺庙前休息，有一只黑白相间的居然长得像兔子，乐坏我了。
我们呆了没多久就撤退了，听说路上有个瀑布，让司机带去。司机说没听说过有什么特别好的瀑布，知道有一个但并不出名，还是带我们去了。叫卡定沟天佛瀑布。呵呵，跑到里边才看见了一个小瀑布，水倒是特别清，环境也好，做个公园不错，门票20块，你要是有时间的话，可以看一眼，不过估计你也不会有什么特别的感觉。
晚上到八一镇住宿，司机推荐了一家雪原宾馆，真的很新也很干净，标间侃价到160，这是我们觉得在西藏住得最好的一次了。窗外就是尼洋河，风景还很不错呢！在镇上吃的饭，乏善可陈。八一镇实在看不出任何西藏特色，据说原来是驻军的地方，镇上色情行业倒是很发达的样子。晚上吃完饭在镇上溜达，后来差点没找到宾馆，因为靠河的一边没路灯。
这个晚上我和那个女老师住一间，老公和男老师住一间，这也是我们唯一分开住的一个晚上，不过旅伴倒是很值得放心的那种人。

18日8点开往鲁朗林海了，真的是原始森林啊，很高很粗的松树，树上还挂满了一些絮状的东西，好像是寄生在树上的真菌类植物，据说可以入药的。雾太大了，我们也没打算冒险，只是在路边欣赏了一下林海，原始森林探险这种活动，还是留给有冒险精神体力友好的人去做吧！据说里边有野鹿、野猴子等等……
听上海的谈老师说他的朋友以前来这里吃了个石锅炖藏鸡，里面加了当地特产的手指参，吃完了还带了个石锅回去，念念不忘。把我的馋虫给勾起来了，让司机带我去吃。 10点不到就到了鲁朗镇，其实也不饿，可是馋啊！好像是统一价，一锅都要200块。在一家侃到170，我们先去旁边看风景，打算晚点吃。
味道果然鲜美，据说还加了天麻、薏米等药材，尽管肚中饱饱，大家还是又饱餐了一顿。据说石锅是墨脱的火山是凿成的，司机想买一个带回拉萨，老板还不让呢！
不过后来我就知道石锅鸡的厉害了，在路上胃里像一团火烧似的，还好忍着没有吐出来，中午到达大古柏的时候，终于消化下去了。除了那位谈老师，大家也都吃得晕晕乎乎的，像中了迷药一样。好在这边全是柏油公路，要不司机晕了可不得了啦！
古柏进门处遇到一大群北京来的区县干部，他们坐的那辆车上标着“北京市丰台区援赠”字样，又是一群来公款腐败游的人民公仆！哈哈，借他们的光，卖门票的问“是北京来的吗”，答曰“是”，就一块进去了。每人省了20块的门票！
确是棵大古柏，树围十几米呢！这里有一大片参天的古柏，环境幽雅，大家都感叹要使城市里能有这么一片公园可就真美了。回城时有个漂亮的藏族小姑娘要搭一段车回镇上，司机答应了，然后问我们，我们都取笑她就喜欢漂亮小姑娘，小姑娘可真腼腆，要不是晒得黑了点，还真是个小美人呢！
这边有意思的是好多藏猪（小黑猪）都是野外放养的，跟牛羊混在一起吃草地里的东西，每当汽车喇叭响起哄他们的时候，跑的屁颠屁颠地，可爱极了！
回去时才知道，原来我们跑的路也不短啊，一直到7点多才到拉萨。在拉萨住的最后一天啦，可八郎学只有普通两人间了，算了，就算是节约一晚吧，我们的大包都寄存在八郎学呢，换来换去太累了。
跟司机和上海的同伴都告别了，也祝司机生意兴隆，家庭幸福！
晚上最后一次上冈拉梅朵吃的饭，都没和服务员告别呢！也许，我们还会来……

8月19日了，最后一天，飞机是下午3点多的，可是坐大巴要赶12点的，时间紧张啊！任务是大昭寺。
这天尽管很累还是早早起来了。普通双人间不比标间，没有卫生间，且床铺都简陋多了，建议有银子想舒服的朋友还是住标间吧！
下大雨了，挺冷的。我们直奔大昭寺，那么大的雨喇嘛还让我们买票，真不人道。上回听西安的朋友说他们来两次，一次下大雨，一次7点以后，都没让买票。我们问喇嘛有没有学生票，答曰没有，且坚持让买两张，70块一张。大昭寺大部分都在修复，不能参观，偶们也不是虔诚的佛教徒，觉得很是不值。决定买一张票轮流进去了。在门口，本着一向照顾老婆的习惯，老公让我先进去了，我在大厅里等着，相信他一会就能进来。果真，一分钟不到，他就进来了。据说喇嘛在对讲机里跟看门的说了两句，就让他进来了。呵呵，看来还是我们的诚心感动了喇嘛哦！不过这种方法用多了不知道还有没有效。
大昭寺里有松赞干布和文成公主的像。其实在我们看来，每个寺庙都相差无几，不过在学者和朝拜者眼里就大大的不同了，西藏的寺庙大概够跑上一两年的。大昭寺每天都有大批的信徒来朝拜。开放的部分感觉很小。不过意外地在二层跟着一群藏民进了三层，有间屋子里大概是有人请了喇嘛做法事，喇嘛们一边敲鼓敲铃铛，一边诵经。他们的鼓槌很奇怪，居然是弯弓形的，也没敢拍照。雨一直下的很大，膝盖以下和鞋子都湿了，阴阴冷冷的。
出来想买点纪念品，但是下雨大部分摊位都没摆出来，时间也不够了，只买了两个转经轮，赶紧就回旅馆了。收拾东西，吃饭，打了一辆车，已经过12点了，大巴也来不及了，司机答应120块去机场，就直接上机场了。
还是感冒了，在机场我开始发烧，睡得昏昏沉沉的。好在移动的金卡在拉萨可以直接办理登记手续和进头等舱休息室，要不候机室可能座位都找不到。很多飞机晚点，我们的也晚了。更可笑的是，在成都停留转机不用换飞机了，空姐却要求大家拖着所有的行李下飞机，折腾这一番不够，重新上去快起飞时说少了一个乘客，数啊数啊，最后说数错了，没少！耽误了很久才起飞。国航的弱智服务，可是它还垄断着呢，不坐不行。晚上10点多才在北京降落，回家的感觉真好啊！回家发现我在拉萨喝剩的一瓶饮料瘪了一半以上，气压差还是很大的，怪不得会缺氧。
回来一个星期了，感冒终于好了，还是感觉很疲倦，可见高原上的旅行还是非常耗费精力的，一定要有充足的时间休息。虽说两周以后心脏才会变大，不过看来两个星期也足够累得厉害了。
说点注意事项给同学们借鉴吧：
l 穿衣：6月到9月都是雨季，气温应该是一年中最高的时候，不过这里早晚温差大，而且只要一下雨就感觉很冷，所以衣服应该多带几件，根据天气变化适时加减衣物，要不像我这样体质不太好的就很容易感冒了。如果去珠峰、纳木错的话，建议带上羽绒服，海拔高的地方还是很冷的。不登山的话穿双普通的旅游鞋就好了，防水的话更好。去珠峰、纳木措可以带上睡袋，住宿条件不太好，不过收睡袋可要有本事J。
l 高原反应：据说从平原来的多多少少有点高原反应，我们到珠峰时也感觉到有些不适，不过只要放松心情，动作放慢，应该是问题不大的，可以到了以后买高原安之类的药服用，不过一点反应也没有的话就别吃了，吃了会睡不着觉哦！总之记住你毕竟是在高原，跑步之类的剧烈运动还是不要轻易尝试了，动作慢悠悠的就不会累着了，不要硬撑。
2 行：到拉萨现在可以选择的有飞机和公路，过几年就有火车了，这个不成问题。从拉萨到珠峰最好包越野车出行，费用还是很贵的，直接找司机比找旅行社应该要便宜一些，当然可能保障也少一点。一般都是按里程算钱的，淡季2块左右，旺季就贵了。我们这次珠峰、纳木措5日共5000车费，算是同时间最便宜了的吧，跑了可能有2000多公里，算下来2块多，路确实不好走，江孜那边正修路。单去纳木措旅行社有一日游的，车费应该便宜不少。去林芝的路很好走，坐大巴也可以的，但是去景点就没那么方便了。向大家推荐我们这次租车的司机，也是网上以前人家推荐过的，伍金师傅，电话是13989090099，他老婆的小灵通是08916969936。特点是技术好，人比较风趣，要的价格应该是中偏下吧！提醒还是要多比较。
3 住：八郎学、吉日、亚宾馆都是自助旅行者爱住的地方，标间贵一些，接近200吧，普通间就便宜了，基本25-35一个人的费用。住这些地方好处是在留言板上找一块出行的同伴比较容易，找同伴还是要睁大眼睛的，这可能会影响你旅途的心情哦！这里的留言板也很有意思，大部分出行的，还有卖方便面、卖车，征漂亮妹妹免费同行的。
4 吃：吃的惯川菜的人一点问题也没有，这里四川小馆子很多。路上司机带着吃饭的地方也都是四川人开的餐馆，当然你可以要求他们不放辣椒。拉萨值得推荐的餐馆有冈拉梅朵、背包客、肥姐便餐等，都在北京中路北京东路上，大昭寺旁的玛吉阿米味道不错，可惜价格有点贵，服务不太好。
5 费用：从北京到拉萨市双飞的，这上面费用不小，两个人坐飞机就花了将近一万，其他费用也在一万的样子，所以两个人两个星期共花了2万块，确实是笔不小的开支。对了，拉萨目前只有中国银行、农业银行和建设银行，当然还有邮政。现金多带点儿，可以到那存上，再取出来用。星期六星期天中国银行也开门的，就是营业的时间短点儿。

罗罗嗦嗦的写了这么多，可能还有好多遗忘了的东西，不过写出这么多来已经不容易了。西藏是我到过得觉得自然风景最美的地方，确实是美极了。希望将来还有机会去。
