丽江古城是中国历史文化名城，世界文化遗产。
到丽江的时候已经是中午时分了，在导游安排的饭店吃过午饭，我们的行程是去黑龙潭和古城，在车上听人说黑龙潭只是一个公园，意思不大，我们临时改变了主意，去木王府，黑龙潭的门票是20块钱，木王府是30块钱。木王府在这里有小故宫之说，是这里的土司居住的地方，站在木王府的顶部可以俯瞰丽江古城,我们的导游是个纳西族姑娘，胖胖的，很开朗，在这里，男孩子叫做胖金哥，女孩子叫做胖金妹，街上不时传来纳西古乐的优美声音。
晚上，我们居住的地方是交运宾馆，房子很小，外面下着小雨，很疲劳。
房子小的转身都要让着对方，外面又不识时务的下起了大雨，房子里的霉味非常重。
我在丽江古城呆的时间不常，就我本身的感受而言，丽江现在得到的要比失去的大得多，爆满的游客正在毁坏着丽江古城的一切。老式的街道，民居，流淌的清水已经浑浊，所有的房子都在经营着，讨价还价的声音不绝于耳，原有的宁静的生活已经被城市的浮躁所代替，丽江的人民在享受着旅游业带来的巨大收入的同时，不得不承担起对古城无法挽回的巨大破坏所带来的损失。
2004年8月10日星期二六、沿着洛克的足迹，走进香格里拉
1922年――1931年间，约瑟夫·洛克在美国国家地理学会的支持下，以云南丽江为基地，在西南地区进行探险研究；1928年6月，洛克在木里王安排下，和跟随他多年的二十一位纳西族随从由泸沽湖经木里县屋脚乡、水洛乡至稻城·亚丁自然保护区。 1928年-1931年，《美国国家地理杂志》连续刊载了洛克关于稻城·亚丁“念青贡嘎日松贡布”神山地区的文字和图片资料，引起巨大轰动。文章中说他在稻城亚丁看到了世界上最美丽的三座雪峰，稻城不愧为西藏人民的佛教圣地等等。他把此次旅行称为“最具神秘色彩和探险价值”的旅程。在70年以前就将中国甘孜州这片从未被白人涉足过的秘境带给了全世界……
1931年，以发现神秘“香格里拉”为背景的长篇小说《消失的地平线》由英国小说家詹姆斯·希尔顿发表了，这本小说与洛克在《美国国家地理杂志》上的出版物迅速交溶，在欧、美、日等地掀起了波澜，并使“香格里拉”一词传遍全世界，同时也在世界范围内兴起了寻找香格里拉的热潮。
早晨7点，我们起床吃饭，外面淅淅沥沥的下起了小雨，气温很低，我们都穿上了外套，集中到另一个吃早饭的地方，早饭很简单，鸡蛋，油条，豆浆，稀饭。简单吃了一点，我们上路了，这次的车是一辆跑长途的客车，很一般，看来旅行社又降低我们的标准了，还没有走的时候，车下有个身穿破衣烂衫的老人，抬头朝我们车上的人哀求着，是个要钱的老者，我拿出5块钱，递给了他，老者千恩万谢的，让我很难受。这次去香格里拉的旅游团有29个人，来自天南海北，由于陌生，没有人相互搭话，我们今天的导游是个很精干的藏族小伙子，在藏区，男孩子被称作扎西，女孩子被称为卓玛。
导游告诉我们，来香格里拉游览最好在每年的5月和9月，5月的时候，杜鹃花开了，还有藏族的赛马表演，9月份草原上有一种植物叶子就变红了，漫山遍野的红叶把香格里拉装扮的有如天堂。
沿着山路，我们蜿蜒前行，公路两旁的玉米，水稻，烟叶飞快向后退去，快到9点的时候，我们到了一处风景优美的地方，从这里看远处的山峰，云雾缭绕，玉龙雪山时隐时现，山顶的雪峰清晰地展现在眼前，我们停下车，拍了很多照片，录了像，再往前走，我们到了长江第一弯，金沙江在这里拐了一个弯，按导游的话说，在飞机上才能看出长江第一弯的风采，我们走在著名的滇藏公路上，滇藏公路在丽江段是两车道，路况很不好，路面坑坑洼洼，有很多的补丁，汽车来回颠簸，所以又被戏称为“颠脏公路”10点多的时候，我们跨上了金沙江的大桥，金沙江是丽江和香格里拉的分界线，香格里拉隶属于迪庆自治州，香格里拉是它的一个县，其前身是中甸，2002年改为香格里拉，从此名声大振，旅游者纷至沓来，香格里拉以藏民为主，全民信教，县城有4，5万居民，行驶在通往香格里拉的路上，上山，下山，弯路，陡峭的山坡，随时可见的山体滑坡，一直陪伴着我们，途中的一个著名的景点，虎跳峡，由于大雨引发的路面塌方，被强制关闭，什么时候从新开放还不得而知。
中午12点多的时候，我们到了3000多米的香格里拉，这时，我清楚地感觉到了高山反应，气短，胸闷，头晕。公路两旁出现了藏民族的特色，玛尼堆，经幡，白塔，羊群，牦牛群，具有藏族风格的民居，不时而过的藏民，都在友好的朝我们微笑着。在县城的一家藏族饭馆吃了午饭，饭菜很干净，只不过好像旅游定点饭馆好像约定好了私的，菜的品种及花样惊人的一致，饭后，我们上路，下午要去的地方是一个美丽的湖波，属都湖自然风景区，距离县城37公里，路况还是昆明世博会的时候修建的，现在已经成了凹凸不平的，无法快速行驶路面，一路上，两旁大片的草原，小花，远处的高山，平静的湖水，透彻的蓝天白云，给我强烈的安详，宁静之感，途中我们经过了一个水库，桑那水库，清澈的湖水平静的无声无息，这时我已经真正的感受到了心灵与自然的和谐，久违的温和的平和，没有浮躁，没有激动。
经过1个半小时的颠簸，我们到了目的地：属都湖自然风景区，这里海拔高度为3700米，清凉的空气围绕着我们，可我却实实在在的感受到了强烈的高原反应，进入景区，有一条小河流过，河水冰凉透骨，我们看到的依然是大片的湖水，高山上的松柏，蓝天白云，草地，我不禁想起了朱哲琴的《羚羊过山岗》，那种感受，清晰地出现在我面前。
我们游玩的时间被定为1个小时，从下午3点40到4点40，时间到了，我们很是依依不舍，在回来的路上，我们还参观了一家藏族博物馆，还有看病卖藏药的。
晚上的住处是运通大酒店，我想起了北京的运通公交车，不过房间还好，比较干净，由于没去虎跳峡，导游给我们退了150块钱，晚上有一场自费的藏民家里歌舞表演，每人60块钱，从晚上8点到晚上10点，在门口有人献哈达，能吃酥油茶，喝青稞酒，看表演，我们玩得很兴奋，好了，就到这里，已经是晚上11点多了，休息。
2004年8月11日星期三早晨又是起得很早，这边的早晨天亮得比较晚，今天的行程都在香格里拉县城附近，松赞林寺，这是云南最大的藏传佛教寺院，是公元1674年五世达赖奏请康熙皇帝批准后亲自选址修建的，雍正皇帝又赐汉名“归化寺”，该寺历史上曾出现过不少蜚声藏区的高僧大德。它距离县城大约3公里，我们这个团出发的较早，到达的时候寺院刚开门，清清静静的，寺院顶部的镀金塔尖在阳光的照耀下显得金碧辉煌。进门后，首先要转经，口中念念有词，就是六字真言。转经后，要登上140多个台阶，在高原，由于高原反应，登台阶也是很累人的。到台阶最高处的时候，我早已经是累得气喘吁吁，导游带我们进寺庙，给我们将该寺的历史，佛教典故，著名的佛教高僧，其中有达赖，班禅的师傅，藏传佛教相对于西双版纳小乘佛教修今世的来说，是修来生的，藏传佛教分为上三界和下三界，藏民在一生之中不论多么艰苦，都要到拉萨的布达拉宫去一次，把所积攒的全部财物捐给寺院。那是一种很令人难以忘记的一种行为，对藏民来说，那是幸福的源泉。松赞林寺二层的左边，供奉着达赖班禅的师傅，在寺院里，我看了看寺院僧人们居住生活的地方，比较乱，也比较脏，吃的东西随意放置，面条，盐，酱油，肉块。僧人们不可以喝酒，在一所房子里，有四个僧人在坐着，我跟他们简单的聊了几句，较年轻的僧人普通话说得很标准，我问在盘子里放的像竹笋一样的东西是什么，他说是酥油，掰下来一块给我吃，有些酸，还有些发酵的味道。这座寺院前面本来有一个湖，在文革的时候被红卫兵填平了，在上面种庄稼，据说现在已经有了规划要恢复原貌。从寺院眺望远处，青山白云，青稞田的麦穗呈现出微黄的颜色，在远处的高山上，有很多山头有经幡，那是有过宗教活动的地方，已经成为圣山。
在松赞林寺前面的藏家小店里，我们品尝了店家早上刚作好的酸奶，店主给我们加了很多糖，还是较酸，小店里卖得很多都是当地的特产。
离开松赞林寺后，我们前往距县城大约7公里的那帕海神泉草原，这里海拔3266米，这里是香格里拉最富有高原特色的景区，周围雪山挺立，草原，湿地，牛羊，组成了一幅天然画卷。
香格里拉与拉萨的海拔基本相同，但是由于香格里拉森林茂密，草原旺盛，而拉萨地区没有森林，所以空气中氧的含量就比拉萨高出许多，
来到这里，除了欣赏天然美丽的自然风光之外，主要是骑马，这里是云南矮种马，藏民们在这里做起了游客的生意，30块钱一匹马，跑个来回大约半个小时，我们4个人骑马，在广阔的草原上非常想奔驰，可是不敢，害怕掉下来。看着藏民的孩子们娴熟的骑马技术，我羡慕得不得了，我让牵马的藏民叫马跑得快些，虽然有些紧张，嘴上还是很兴奋的大喊大叫，到此，我们的香格里拉之旅完成了，这是的时间是上午11点左右，导游建议我们在回丽江的途中吃饭，大约在下午2点左右，我们在虎跳峡镇吃了午饭，在下午快5点的时候回到了丽江，我们住在佳园酒店，这里理丽江古城也不远，今晚还有火把节，太好了，晚上我们要去狂欢。
晚饭是在街头小吃店吃的，包子，豆腐脑，豆浆，一共花了14块5毛钱，真便宜，要知道这是5个人的饭啊，丽江古城的晚上人头攒动，熙熙攘攘，好不热闹，路上已经有人在点火把了，火把上插着花，不知道是什么原因，我们随意的游动着，没有了导游的催促，时间也变得宽松起来。进店，看小饰品，出店，再进店，好不惬意的随意。在酒吧一条街，人们花10块钱买盏花灯，在小桥下的流水中放着，花灯顺水流逝，在夜里两旁灯光的照射下，颇有诗情画意。在四方街，人们围起了圈，跳起了舞，舞蹈中间有个吹乐器的人，四周围满了围观的人流，四方街在夜里更显得流光溢彩，好一个旅游的景点。
不光在古城，就是在新城，点火把，伴着音乐跳舞的人们也很多，游客们更多，我们转着，看着，时间不知不觉在流逝着，又快11点了，回到住的酒店，外面欢乐的音乐声还不时传到耳中，丽江，就是一个游客的城市，游客的狂欢节。
明天的行程有些变化，本来我们在明天游完玉龙雪山之后，要乘车返回大理，再乘晚上的火车返回昆明，可现在是旅游旺季，大理到昆明的火车票很难买到，旅行社建议我们在大理住一晚上，在13号的上午乘大巴返回昆明，我们自己商量了一下，觉得那样还不如直接从丽江乘大巴返回昆明，省得再转来转去，再次与旅行社沟通，旅行社当然没有意见，他主要是觉得那样的话我们太辛苦，旅行社一路的安排虽说不尽如人意的地方不少，总体上来说还是很值的。这样的话，我们明天游完玉龙雪山之后，晚上会乘坐卧铺汽车返回昆明，时间大概是13个小时。
2004年8月12日七、玉龙雪山的魅力今天的计划安排是游览玉龙雪山，在游雪山之前，我们要先游览玉水寨、东巴万种园、干海子、白水河。
阳光明媚的一天开始了，强烈的紫外线照得我们皮肤生疼，眼睛睁不开。玉龙雪山就在眼前，坐在车上，没有导游，由于近日游客激增，导游已经不够，我们这个团是两辆车共用一个导游，导游是苗族人，还是被称为胖金哥，我们自由的欣赏着没有导游讲解的自然风光，玉水寨里面主要是站是纳西族的民居生活，历史，在一个景点前，几个纳西胖金妹在跳舞，我们参观了他们如何造纸，如何酿酒，还看到了一块已经腌制了3年多的腊肉。在一所演出现场，纳西舞蹈，纳西古乐，庄重肃穆，东巴万种园里面是一个很大的山前草地，草地上竖着很多木牌，上面雕着东巴文化的历史，神话，参观路线是一个椭圆形，路线的中央是东巴神话的描绘图，在大门前，有两个纳西老人装成原始部落的样子，可以与游客们照相。照一张5块钱。
玉龙雪山一座13个山峰一字排开，像一条巨龙展现在青藏高原、云贵高原和滇西高原之间，我们要乘索道上去的地方是云杉坪，这里美如桃花源，海拔3300米。玉龙雪山生长着种类繁多的各种植物其中名贵的有红豆杉，这是劫余物种，现在只在这里还有。
干海子，四周群山环抱，地上鲜花绽放，空气清新，紫外线照射强烈，纳西族的东巴文化传子不传女，在这里，女人们是主要的生产力，男人们学棋琴书画，但是地位不高，我们也经常看到在路边行走着纳西族、彝族等少数民族的妇女，背着大背篓，面色深黑，可是她们的眼睛通常是友好的。
白水河是一条颜色有些泛白的河流，在这条河流，男人们可以洗脸洗手，女人们只能洗手，不能洗脸，怕洗白了，纳西族的审美观点是，女子以胖、黑为美，否则的话，是没人喜欢的。
终于，终于到了玉龙雪山！已经是中午12点多了，吃完饭就去排上索道的队，导游告诉我们旅游的人多，上来下去都要排两个小时的队伍，吓死我了，在上面玩的时间只有一个多小时，排队要排4个小时！不过，导游又告诉我们，可以骑马，索道来回的费用是40块钱，骑马来回的费用是70块钱，骑马不用排队，我们在犹豫，之后决定还是乘索道，因为到骑马的地方还要走1000米的路程，吃完饭后，一看排队的人不象导游说得那样吓人，我们排了也就是多半个小时就排上了。
到了云杉坪，这里的风光真是桃花源，四周是山峰，脚下是盆地，地上长着鲜花，绿草，山脚下长着巨大的松树，玉龙雪山就在眼前，盆地大概有4，5个足球场大，沿着山脚是一排用木板构成的道路，这样游客不会随意下去踩草地，这里的环境保护的很好，有不少彝族等少数民族的妇女在做游客的生意，就是穿民族服装照相，一次5块钱。
在山顶的时候，下起了小雨，细雨之中玉龙雪山云雾弥漫，既神秘又安详。
时间过得真快，云南之旅就要结束了，我们要乘晚上6：30丽江到昆明的卧铺汽车，大概在明早上7点左右到达昆明。
2004年8月13日星期五惊险刺激的旅程车上很乱，也不干净，铺位很窄，有32个铺位，分上下两层，没有空调。上车后，吵闹声，混乱的拥挤，昏暗的灯光，聊天的人们使我想起了《围城》中方鸿渐他们去三闾大学的路上的情景，对我来说就像是做梦一般，已经是晚上9点多了，我躺在狭窄的铺位上，用手抓住车窗旁的护栏，随身带的包带子绕过护栏，套在头上，以防止睡着了掉下去。有时，停车的时候，我打开车窗，一阵清风吹进车内，刺激了我的精神，大口呼吸新鲜的空气，真是奢侈。
今早上的时候，天已经亮了，进入昆明的路上有一座立交桥，车在这里要拐弯，车速明显的慢了下来，我斜躺在铺位上，望着窗外，我看见一个年轻人手里拿着一个好像是钳子的东西，朝我们车跑来，我以为是来扎车胎的，这是就听见司机大声说到：“快关窗子”话音未落，那个小伙子已经跑到了我们车前，司机赶紧加速，但是下铺的一个人的包还是被抢走了，吓得我出了一身冷汗，所幸的是据那个人讲他的包里没有值钱的东西。
到达车站的时候，已经是早晨7点钟了，我们拿了东西下车，我走在前面，想早点出去叫出租车，正向门口走着，就听见喊我的声音，回头就听见说笔记本电脑忘在车上，没有拿下来，我撒腿就往车上跑，跑上去的时候，还有两个游客没下来，我赶紧上去找我的笔记本，好险，幸亏在被子下面放着，否则，真不敢想后果，所有的照片，心得，资料，我的心血。教训！ ! !
到了计划发展委员会培训中心，拿到了飞机票，是晚上8：50的，65折，海南航空公司的，HU7112航班，加上工本费，5个人一共是6050元。
很遗憾，晚上从北京飞来的飞机由于北京天气的原因，误点了，直到晚上9点半多了才到达昆明机场，我们相应的延迟了飞行，在飞机上坐着，闷热难耐，我们这一趟飞机上有北京去昆明演出的小学生，跟我们同机返京，在飞机上有些乘客因飞机延误起飞情绪激动的时候，她们唱起了美妙的歌声，歌声使人们渐渐的安静了。直到晚上11点多了，飞机才起飞，到北京的时候已经是次日凌晨2点多了。安全返回！
这次出来旅游感叹很多，现在出门旅游的国人越来越多，我们旅游主要是放松心情，舒缓工作带来的压力，观赏美丽的景色。但是我们其中大部分人出来都是要找旅行社的，找旅行社最大的好处是免去了吃饭，住店，交通，景点安排的麻烦，但是旅行社的工作是在为游客安排好旅行计划的同时，在游客身上赚取最大的利润，所以有的时候在游客和旅行社之间难免会出现一些不愉快，比如说饭菜的质量，住宿的条件，交通工具的档次，导游的能力，在此我深有体会，我觉得我们要把握住主要的，就是我们花了钱，出来要玩得痛快，一些琐碎的细节不要去过分注意，当然最好是和旅行社签订最为详细的旅游合同，细节越详细，争执越少，这是毫无疑问的，另外我们在旅游期间，最好不要跟旅行社形成对立面，发生问题，双方要努力寻求最好的解决办法，争吵，投诉的结果是两败俱伤，其实旅行社也是不愿意看到这一点的，有些问题也不是他们所能控制得了的。
总之我们要把心态放平和，把旅游中观赏到的自然风光，人文景致，历史文化，融合到我们的思想之中，这不但能提高我们的精神素质，还能有效的提高我们的生活质量。
