早上，第一次睡到了自然醒，竟然觉得睡觉简直是在糟蹋时间，后悔不已，呵呵！整理好行装，开始漫游古城，这也是这么多天来第一次真正自由自在的漫无目的的逛古城。 7号的古城已经渐渐恢复了宁静，游客已然不多，于是更如闲庭散步了！丽江这个小城其实很有意思，不算大，但拐弯抹角的，也不是处处都相通，走着走着就没路了，再走就是纳西人家的院子，有时走着走着觉得很顺，定睛一看，已走进了新城，让人哭笑不得！反正我是经常迷路的，开始还觉得很正常，我一贯的路盲嘛！可问问别人也是这样，就觉得是古城的错了！其实如果沿着城中小河走的话，情况可能会好一点。玉泉河水分三条入城，又分为无数支流穿街绕巷，数百座古桥把小城相连，与流水，古巷，古屋交相呼应！街道以四方街为中心，沿溪流自然分布，以六条五彩花石街巷向四方辐射，于是街巷相连。如果迷路的话，就回到四方街吧！这里是丽江的心脏！在四方街遥望万古楼，觉得颇有点距离的，可真正走起来，好像只不过上了几个台阶，拐了几个弯就到了！站在万古楼俯瞰古城，层层叠叠，檐角相勾，下面的路与行人根本无法看到，突然觉得小城还是有点规模的。走下来吃了一碗面，吃完就有点后悔了，你说面在那里吃不到，非跑到这里来吃面，吃点有特色的多好！继续闲逛，买了点东西，花费200元，回去也好有个交待！累了竟然回客栈睡了个午觉，一觉睡到六点！又浪费了一下午！起来在院子里溜达。客栈主人养了两只猫一只狗，都还很小，老打架，很有意思！在马鞍做的秋千上晃了一会儿，又在躺椅上摇了一会儿，正觉得百无聊赖，突然听到了熟悉的声音。回头, 看到了在香格里拉曾有一面之缘的朋友，倍感亲切，相约一起出去吃饭。吃完晚饭来到四方街，篝火晚会开始了，不管会与不会就跟着瞎跳，没一会也像模像样了！刚开始乐曲很短，跳几下，刚找到感觉，就结束了，后来乐曲渐渐拉长，有一首尽跳了半个小时，本想退出，可双手都被别人拉着，再说里三层外三层的好几圈，只好继续跳下去！等这首结束，我们就逃出来了！纳西族的年轻人都热情似火，能歌善舞，我们跳不动了他们看上去还是活力充沛！离开篝火晚会，又在古城里逛了一会，又想睡觉了！也许是前面几天太累的缘故，一旦放松之后就老是感到累！回到客栈，徒步虎跳的校友已经回来，相约第二天拉什海跑马！
5．8早上9：00我们从丽江出发，打的（20元），半个小时后便到了拉什海！拉什海在丽江县城西7千米处，是一个绿树环抱的高原湖泊。虽然连日来看惯了雪山，湖泊，草原，牛羊，但还是觉得拉什海很美：远处高耸的玉龙雪山清晰可见，近处清澈的拉什海绿波荡漾，成群的牛羊点缀肥美的草原， 一派安宁与祥和！我们租好马（75元/人），开始了真正的跑马，后来算了算，跑了整整6个多小时！难以想象吧！之所以说是跑马，是因为马都是由我们自己控制的，上山下山，在泥土路上小跑，在草原上飞奔，很累但感觉很爽！我们先骑了2个小时山路参观了生态农庄，又骑马来到了指云寺，居然遇到了活佛，我这人不信佛，但活佛总不同于一般人吧，于是很虔诚的参拜了活佛。他老人家说是因为前世我们曾是兄弟姐妹，所以今生才有缘相见，随即叫人送给我们每人一部心经，我本来想拒绝的，因为既然自己不信，拿了也是丢在一边暴殄天物，但又不好意思明说，只好收下了！依然记得离走时活佛语重心长的对我们说：“皈依吧！”， 我差点笑出来！然后骑马返回！其实马小跑的时候会感到很巅，但当马真正飞奔起来的时候，人就会很舒服，不仅一点都不巅，而且感觉到整个人都飞起来了，要真正试过以后才知道！
下午5：00返回！人真的要散架了！匆匆洗了澡，收拾好行李，赶到长途车站， 乘6：30的车（119元）返回昆明！一夜无眠! 建议大家不要乘坐这种车长途车，很累，时间也拉得很长，倒不如先乘3个小时的车到大理，然后转火车到昆明，这样会舒服一点！ !
