1、 据说云南是全国背包族自助旅游最多的地方，并且有比较齐全的接待自助旅游的设施，比如便宜的旅馆、饭店，自助人自发组织的接待单位，同时你也很容易找到旅伴，就象在丽江，古城里的客栈都是物美价廉，住在古城你既可以欣赏风景也可以真正感受到古城的神韵， 所以真的建议喜欢旅游的朋友不要跟旅行团，因为广州去云南旅游的团虽然很多，为了招揽生意价钱也便宜不少，但是旅途其实挺缩水，比如我们这个团说是每人二十元的伙食标准，但我们实际吃得挺差，几乎没有云南特色，印象最深的就是那个汤，几乎顿顿都是素罗卜汤，让我们抱怨不止。住的说是三星级或类似三星级标准，但几乎全部是类似三星级标准，有些地方有没有类似三星级标准我们都不知，反正感觉挺差的。再就是旅行团的购物，每个地方一串的购物点，浪费了我们大把的时间和金钱。所以选择自助游云南，不仅可以自由的欣赏风景，还能真正的体会风景。
2、 关于云南的特产，真的可以说云南是购物资源丰富的不得了的地方。云南虽然不产玉，但它和缅甸相临，所以玉石真的是它的一大购物特色。在云南境内旅游，不论哪里大大小小的玉店琳琅满目，让你看不过来，爱不释手。云南的名茶，各种草药，大理的大理石，蜡染，丽江的扎染，还有各种民族饰品，民族工艺品，真的美不胜收。窃以为购物应该了解地方特色，比如虽然大理石在云南境内很多地方卖，但大理是最正的产地，也品种最全、最多、价格相对便宜的地方。要是找对地方，你真是可以买到又好又便宜但又极具特色的东西
3、 了解一些你要去的地方的情况是很重要的，所谓知己知彼就不会有踏上陌生的地方不知所措的感觉，所以上网查资料很有必要。现在网上有大量的旅游资料，各个方面的都有，要是自助游也可以上网找到旅店和游伴。我们这次去玩就没有事先多查一些云南的旅游资料，被旅行团拉着跑，真的还是留了许多遗憾。
畅游云南（1）---石林
飞机在茫茫的云海中穿行，我已进入沉沉睡梦中。因为赶早机去昆明，凌晨4：30就从睡梦中匆匆醒来赶赴机场，现在我只有不尽的睡意。 9:30飞机准时降落在昆明机场，飞机上好听的女音向我们报告了昆明此时的气温，21度，真好，比广东凉快多了，这下可以避暑了。下了飞机，走过长长的通道，没想到那条通道竟然那么长，我们背着重重的行李累的要死，一个同事说，看，刚到昆明就给我们一个下马威。我笑，真的，这么长的甬道，真是过分。但到云南旅游一直是我的梦想，今天梦想成真，我还是掩不住兴奋的心情。
昆明的导游已经等在了出机口，是一个皮肤黝黑的男孩子，在以后的旅程中他一直陪着我们，还和我们的一些同事结下了深厚的友谊。
上了昆明假日旅行社的大巴，我们直奔本次旅行的第一站石林。一路上欢声笑语，昆明的导游告诉我们，在石林当地人把男孩称为阿黑哥，女孩称为阿诗玛，我想这一定来源于那个古老的传说，相传石林就是美丽的撒尼族姑娘阿诗玛的化身。少年时的我就看过那部动人的电影《阿诗玛》，阿诗玛的美丽和电影里优美的歌曲给我留下了深深的印象，后来父母去石林，以石林阿诗玛为背景照的照片又给了我许多遐想，所以一到石林我就迫不及待的要去找阿诗玛。果然，一走进石林就听到那熟悉的曲调，阿诗玛电影里的插曲。好象这里的人都会吹奏似的，只见当地的人用一种葫芦一样的乐器熟练的吹奏。这种乐器叫葫芦丝，景区里到处有商铺在买，老板们热情的招呼游客，告诉我们吹奏起来十分容易，还免费教授，免费赠送曲谱。我们一些有兴趣的同事还当场买了吹奏起来，但没有人能吹好的。后来发现在云南旅游，一路上都有葫芦丝的音乐在伴随，回广东后我还有同事买了CD在办公室放，那声音一下子又让我回到了云南。
没想到石林是那么大，远远望去大片怪石拔地而起，重重叠叠如柱如笋，蔚然成林，在大大小小满山遍野高耸冲天的石头中我真的不知该怎么找到阿诗玛。我们在导游的带领下先游览了大石林，走过石林湖，观赏了出水观音，在石林胜景穿着阿诗玛和阿黑哥的服饰拍照留念，在张果老成仙处小坐了三秒钟沾了点仙气，在巨石悬夹在两峰之间小心穿行，在望峰亭观赏了石林全景。我觉得石林真的是处处有景，步步有奇，记得有一狭窄之极的空隙在两块巨石之间，必须在上一块缝隙中过头部，下一块缝隙中过身子，因为缝隙狭窄，极有卡脖子的危险，导游先给我们做了个示范，小孩子轻松的过去了，我们大人还有点紧张。虽然我是人瘦但还是感到脖子微微被卡的感觉。真的感到大自然的鬼斧神工，给石林以无法想象的雕琢。
走出大石林来到小石林，如果说大石林是一个粗旷的男子，那小石林就是一位秀美的姑娘。大石林是层层怪石堆叠而成，而小石林却是不同风格的怪石散落在偌大的草坪、柳竹、花木之间组成不同的造型，有的象幽会的恋人，有的象唐僧师徒，有的象迎客的主人。而我也终于找到我仰慕已久的阿诗玛，在玉鸟池边，一石峰宛若一位风姿绰约、亭亭玉立的撒尼少女。她身背竹篮，头戴方帕，正翘首眺望着远方，似有所思，似有所待。
踏着夕阳的余辉我们返回昆明，途中在七彩云南怡心园用晚餐。七彩云南是昆明近郊的一个综合性的大型旅游购物中心，分茶艺馆、翡翠馆、药材馆、工艺品馆等七个特色购物展馆，展馆气派豪华，大门口的四个字“七彩云南”是著名书法家启功先生的手笔，据说一个字就是十万元。在茶艺馆，热情的白族姑娘向我们展示了云南出品的名茶，什么黄金贵、三七花、冷香、普洱，还选择性的冲泡了一些让我们品尝，云南茶叶早已闻名，所以末了，几乎每个人都是茶叶在手，满载而归。我也顶不住诱惑，买了两筒。
回到昆明已是天色大黑，在旅行社的安排下我们还参观了“黄家医圈”，免费享受了一下足底按摩。到了酒店感到十分劳累，也是早上4：30就起床，一天的游览参观就没有停过，而云南的旅游区都是路途遥远，从昆明到石林就是3个多小时的汽车，冲凉上床睡觉已是十点之后。后来才知道这还是起点，累的还在后面呢。
畅游云南（2）---大理
6：30被酒店的morning call叫醒，吃过早餐，我们马不停蹄的赶赴下一个地点：大理。汽车在高速路上行驶了5个多小时，终于到达大理下关。
没想到大理之行竟是我们此次旅行的一个败笔，美丽的大理不知给过我多少遐想，还在读大学的时候，系上一个男孩子就是大理人，我永远也忘不了那时他指着一副大理的风景和我说：“你不知道吗？这就是大理有名的崇圣寺三塔啊！”苍山、洱海，让人无限神往的大理，今天我终于来到了你的怀抱。但没想到，旅行社的安排竟是无休止的购物。到大理已是中午一点了，吃完饭当地的导游带我们去了文献楼看白族的三道茶表演，说真的，太商业化的表演真的早已失去了本来的民族感觉，为了等到足够的旅游团体，迟迟不开演，让我们浪费了大量的时间。接下来就是当地的几个旅游购物场所的参观，终于到了大理古城，又被导游限制时间匆匆掠过，又是一个大理石加工场的购物参观。到了崇圣寺三塔都快关门了，听说我的同事在工作人员的驱赶下急急忙忙的拍照留影就出来了。
在大理的遗憾不仅如此，本来很想见见我的那位大理校友，自从毕业就没有见过，许多年没有联系了。说要来云南，我打114查了5个电话号码才找到他。谢天谢地，他一直在大理工作就没有离开过，不然我还真不知到哪里找他。我放弃了和同事去崇圣寺三塔，包车去下关见他，说实话，我真的很想见见他，就是他告诉我美丽的大理，就是他让我知道苍山、洱海，我真的想告诉他，你还记得吗，10年了，你的大理，我来了。但我还是没有见到他，车行一半，他打来电话说家里临时有事真的没有空见我。他说了无数个对不起，虽然我的心里有点难受，但还是体谅他的难处。只是我不知道，什么时候我能再到大理，毕竟，10年的光阴不算短。
因为天色太晚，我只能在崇圣寺三塔门外远眺它了。据说崇圣寺是大理段氏几代皇帝出家的地方，看过《天龙八部》的人都不会陌生。远远望去，一座主塔，旁边是两座副塔，崇圣寺三塔是大理的另一个重要标志，在大理境内的旅游宣传画上，一定可以看到一个美丽的白族少女依在塔边放歌。
大理素有风花雪月之称，下关风，上关花，苍山雪，洱海月，可惜，我们只在进大理时看到下关有名的风车群，其他的就被旅行社砍掉了。而苍山、洱海大理最著名的地方我们只是远远的望了一下。本来吃完晚饭我们提出自费游洱海，但旅行社以不安全为由断然拒绝了。还好，第二天我们离开大理前往中甸，在清晨的曙光中看到点点星星的渔船点缀在平静的洱海上，那风景真的绝佳。但因为车在行驶中不便于拍照，只能留在我的脑海中了。
很多人说看了丽江古城就不会再有兴趣看大理古城了，但我不那么认为。虽然大理古城和一般的古城差别不大，古老的城墙，青石铺地，但就是它在苍山、洱海之间，不同的山水给了它不同的古韵。它的沧桑、热情、信任、宽广让每一个看到它的人都不自觉的想融入它的怀抱。
畅游云南（3）---前往香格里拉香格里拉是迪庆藏族自治州的州府所在地，本来的名字叫中甸，但因为此地风景秀丽，还保存着原始的古老风貌，云南省抢注了“香格里拉”这个名称，我想也是吸引旅游的一个嚎头吧。从大理到香格里拉的路途遥远，并且都是崎岖的山路，我们也由此上升到海拔3000米以上的高原。
又是早上6：30起床，七点多出发，经过两天的旅行，我们的劳累感是越来越强，一坐上大巴就开始打瞌睡。这段公路是十分的不好走，汽车在环山公路上穿行，不时的大转弯让我们东倒西歪，惊呼不止，当然也无法入睡。云南号称红土高原，公路两旁裸露的山边可以看见大片的红土。在石林和大理的道路两旁都种有大量的桉树，导游告诉我们人民币中就含有桉树的成分。因为桉树用处很多，当地人也大量的种植、采摘，在一个地方就看到一些老婆婆在整理桉树叶，那叶子有一股浓烈的气味，说是可以驱蚊。坐在车里放眼望去，远方崇山峻岭，青枝绿叶，片片红土，不知为什么突然有一种想抓起一把红土的冲动。
在前往香格里拉的路上有几个景点，先是在大理境内的一个很有特色的白族民居参观停留了半个小时的样子，期间有同事看到卖玉米的，一窝蜂的买了一些，一吃到嘴里就大呼上当，我们真搞不明白为什么云南的玉米又老又硬，几乎咬不动，比起广东的来差之千里。但我们已几乎是人手一只的在车里啃，那场面也是一景，立刻有人拍了一张照片。再往前行，长江第一湾展现在我们的眼底，两山之间一条大江从中穿过，可能是大山的阻隔，在这里转了一个湾。有资料说是金沙江在这里转了180度的弯调头北上，但我却看不出它的气势，也许是隔得太远吧，奔腾的金沙江怎么看都象一条小河，当然这里是长江的源头地带，确实没有我所看过的黄河那么宽广的河床。
但虎跳峡的雄伟让我震撼了。在玉龙雪山和哈巴雪山之间，奔腾的金沙江水呼啸而下，在一处最窄的峡谷中，一块13米高的大石----虎跳石屹立在江心，奔腾的江水在经过巨石时掀起汹涌的波涛巨浪，行成一道奇观。这就是举世闻名的长江第一峡---虎跳峡。站在江边，江水的轰鸣声不绝于耳，被巨浪掀起的水汽象细雨一样的飘过。有一个关于金沙江的传说，金沙江姑娘为了能和心爱的东海王子终身相守不顾父母的反对毅然离开家直奔东海，途中遇到追踪的哥哥玉龙和哈巴，为了阻挡金沙江的去路，哈巴不惜砍下头颅拦住她的去路，但倔强的金沙江姑娘冲过拦路的巨石，一往无前的奔向东海。这块拦路的巨石就是今天我们看到的虎跳石，而哈巴雪山低于玉龙雪山也是因为这个原因。也有一个说法就是山中的猛虎借助江心的这块巨石跳过汹涌的江面，因而得名虎跳峡。不管怎样，大自然的神奇设计真的是让我们无法想象的。就在这雄伟的山谷中，我放声高喊：你好，你好，我们来了，我们来了。那一刻，放心在山水之间，我有了从来没有的轻松。
汽车继续前行，海拔也越来越高，但我觉得根本没有任何反应。临来时导游一再叮咛要注意高原反应，公司还专门买了防止高原反应的药。但以后的路途真的十分的不顺，由于这里是山区，时常有泥石流塌方的现象。行到一处，看到前面堵了百辆车子，一打听才知昨夜下雨引起塌方，正在抢修道路。无奈，我们只好下车等待。有同事就摆开牌局几个人撕杀起来，我却开始欣赏两边的山色。云南的气候就是好，虽是盛夏，却凉风习习，十分的舒服。我沿着山路向前走走，看到许多旅游的人在路边或聊天或下棋或打牌，有几个外国人还坐在路边悠闲的看书，一个藏族模样的导游正在和一群游客讲当地风情，也有向我一样走来走去的人，散散落落的排了几公里的车和人，也让我的旅途看到了意外的风景。
大约一个多小时后有车从上面下来，一问方知已经通了。大家立刻振奋了精神，准备着开拔。但只见一辆辆车下来，我们还不能出发。正当大家焦急的盼望时一辆中巴停在我们面前，车上竟然是我们熟悉的身影。原来这是公司另一个比我们早出发的团，他乡遇熟人，又是在车被堵在荒山野岭的时候，我们又激动又高兴。车上的人欢呼雀跃的跳下来，告诉我们他们也被困了两个多小时，当得知我们没有了饮用水，立刻又把他们车上的一箱纯净水拿下来留给我们，好心的女孩子还留下一些饼干给我们。要不是后面的车拼命的按喇叭催促，我们还不知有多少话要叙。
终于前面的车开始动了，大家收拾了牌局，上车出发。这是天色已黑下来，一轮弯月挂在冷冷的天空中。汽车的行驶速度很慢，到了塌方的路口我们看到许多大块的石头从山上滚落把路面全部堵上了，抢险队据说是花了一天的时间才清除了一些石块，开出了一条很窄的只能供一辆车行驶的通道。这时山体上的洪水还没有退尽，依然有大量的水顺着人工清理的水道流到峡谷的金沙江里去。从车窗向外看，山谷里奔腾的金沙江水面浑浊，感觉原来长江的水在某一个位置也是不清澈的，当然我想也是有太多的泥沙被冲了下来的缘故，保持水土，爱护环境真的是十分必要的。
当地的导游已经上了我们的车，一个皮肤黑黑的藏族姑娘。可能云南高原的紫外线比较厉害，我们的导游都是黑黑的。少数民族不愧是能歌善舞，藏族导游优美的歌声给我们的旅途带来了新的欢乐。到达香格里拉已是晚上十点了，我们又饿又累，大家抱怨不断，这时我们真的感到了实实在在的旅途奔波之苦。
一到餐厅，我们首先冲进卫生间，从虎跳峡开始我们已是近乎七八个小时没有去卫生间了，真是挺的太辛苦了。但还有一搞笑的事，饭菜端上来，我还没有动筷子，扭头一看旁边的一个同事我吃了一惊，只见他已最快的速度已经吃完了一碗饭，要盛第二碗了，上了一个鸡汤，还没等我动，他已经连汤带鸡倒在了碗里。我坐在那里实在忍不住笑，天啊，我还是第一次看见那么狼吞虎咽的吃法呢，看来是饿坏了。但我却吃不下什么，也许是太累了，大清早起来又坐了几乎一天的车，我只想躺在床上。当然饿极了同事也没想给我留什么，几乎每一个人都自顾自己的大吃起来，鸡汤是一滴水不剩，菜一上来就抢光，现在我想起来都忍不住想笑，因为那可是我生平见到的最狼狈的吃相。
畅游云南（4）---香格里拉饭后，在藏族导游的提议下去了藏人家做客。说实话，太累了，我们都很想回宾馆休息。但领导游兴挺浓，我们也不好意思，只好舍命陪君子。虽然大家在藏族人的家里玩得挺开心，但我觉得这也是商业化的表演。因为不是旅行团的安排项目，我们要自己掏费用。要了一只烤全羊就是700元，参观又要按人头一个人交40元的费用。进门时按藏族人的礼节给我们献上哈达，三碗迎客酒。藏人喝的都是青稞酒，我尝了一口，和白酒一样辣，所以也不敢喝了。但我的一些同事还是英勇，竟然和藏人干起杯来。同去的同事的小男孩也是厉害，喝了许多，几乎醉了。看了藏人表演的歌舞，我们也和他们一起跳起了藏族最普遍的舞蹈---锅庄，就是大家围成一圈载歌载舞。还有烤全羊也不好吃，虽然那个藏族导游一再说他们烤的羊风味绝佳，由藏家特制的秘方烤出来一点膻味都没有，我觉得夸大了太多，吃了一口我就闻到难闻的羊膻味，不想吃了。
回到酒店躺在床上已是近夜里两点了，我真是累极了，但却睡不好，也许在新的环境我不适应吧。
一大早我们又开始了旅程，这一站是去游览高原湖泊---属都湖。高原的气候也是多变，清晨气温比较低，好象只有11摄氏度，我们都穿上了外套。虽然我觉得把中甸称为香格里拉可能有点名不副实，但这里的风光确实还是原始。茫茫的草原上嫩绿的草儿欣欣向荣，不知名的各种颜色的野花点缀在其中，远处生机勃勃的云衫伸展着它优美的舞姿依在群山的周围，放眼望去，淡淡的晨雾围在山腰。我想，在这群山包围的美丽草原空气一定是最清新的，此时我的心也象那些在草场上悠闲吃草的牛、马一样，幻想着被山林包围。而属都湖就象一面镜子，影澈在蓝天绿草之间。有人说高山上的湖泊是地球表面的一滴眼泪，如果你真的面对过，你一定感受的到。可惜湖畔游人如织，喧闹的声音早已打破了湖面的平静。
因第一次来藏区，同事们立刻被漂亮的藏族服饰迷住了，争先恐后的穿着藏装留影。湖畔长满了一种黄色的被大片绿叶包围的野花，导游说那是酥油花。藏族人就用这种花包裹他们最喜爱、最常用的食品—酥油制品。在藏人家做客时我们也品尝了酥油茶和酥油做的奶酪，但我是吃不惯，总觉得有一种怪怪的膻味。但那花还是挺美丽的，大片大片的，于是跳在花丛中照相。
近午到达松赞林寺，据说这是云南著名的藏族寺庙，其造型格局仿造布达拉宫建造。我后来在网上看到布达拉宫的照片，感觉松赞林寺真的和其很象，看来藏庙以布达拉宫为马首是瞻果然如此。但毕竟是在一个落后的地方，说真的，在云南旅游我们是深切的感到少数民族地区的贫穷，尤其是在香格里拉，从颠簸的公路好容易到了有灯光的地方，晚上看不清楚，但我们还是能感受到，整个县城没有一个象样的商场，想买一点日常用品根本没有我们用惯的牌子，而东西的售价绝对贵过广东超市的三分之一，要买一箱饮用水我们找了半天最后只有高价购买。更有简陋的卫生间几乎让我们呕吐。所以这座当地最神圣的寺庙也是一样，当我从远处观看时还是被它的宏伟气势所倾倒，因为这是一座依山而建的寺庙，顺着山势而上，仿佛也是金碧辉煌的。但走进去，我才发现这座寺庙是那样的破旧，和我们内地的任何一座名山大川上的寺庙相比，它太贫穷了。除了主殿是用一些好点的涂料漆了红色的外墙，其余的偏殿和喇嘛住的房间均是用泥土搭造的，其简陋的外表一览无余。当然由于维修的不得力，主殿的房间墙壁也有许多斑驳陆离的脱落，包括它的佛教壁画。一走进主殿我们明显感到不够高大，昏暗而狭拘，但还是比较宽大，殿内摆满了长条的垫子，应是给寺庙内的喇嘛或参拜的人座的。有一个看起来年龄大的喇嘛正在给前来参拜的游人和香客摸顶祈福，导游说这就是庙内的主持，我们也一一跪在他的面前虔诚的拜下，希望他的一摸真的能给我们带来好运。临来时导游说这间寺庙很灵，于是站在佛像前，我顶礼膜拜，许下我深深的祈愿，真的希望我的愿望能在这里菩萨的护佑下成真。
藏人很是信佛，男孩子是从小就在寺庙里出家的，好象是到一定的年岁才可以还俗回家。所以在松赞林寺我们看到许多出家的小喇嘛，虽是在庙堂这样神圣的环境，还是挡不住他们童贞的天性，大部分小喇嘛根本不能本分的坐在佛堂，而是东倒西歪，窃窃私语，或是偷偷吃东西。而那些偏殿的泥屋据说也是给出家的小喇嘛住的，家里人为其修建的，当然是有钱的人家修建的好一些。藏人是以家里有人出家为荣耀的，我们沿途看到藏族人家的屋顶上几乎每户都插有旌幡，形状就是小旗的模样，说也是和佛教有关，同时旌幡的颜色、多少也是家庭的贫富不同的标志。
如果不是旅游旺季，如果没有那些人群，你站在远处观赏纳帕海一定会有天苍苍，野茫茫，风吹草底见牛羊的感觉，那是一座群山环绕的牧场，青山映着蓝天下的绿草，有一种苍凉，也有一种生机。可惜我们并没有过多的时间去体会它的神韵，这草原也是马场，30元钱一个人，我们被导游匆匆的推到马背上，就被牵马人用他们无比精明的生意头脑以最快的速度跑了大约十几分钟的样子，我还来不急体会一下坐在马背上欣赏草原风光的感觉呢，就被赶了下来。整个骑马的体会我只有一个字：怕。可能是因为我几乎没有骑过马，在电视上看人家策马奔跑的样子觉得是一件很潇洒的事，但我真正坐在马背上才发现除了害怕，我还是害怕，我真的担心自己会从马背上颠下来，马一跑起来我更是吓坏了，不住的叫牵马的人赶快停下来，但那个牵马的半大孩子真的是马背上的孩子，在我的连声惊呼下还是跳上马背，带着我一路跑了起来，而我也在紧张而略带兴奋的心情下，度过了马背上的十几分钟。一下马，我们禁不住的大呼小叫：太上当了，时间就这么短，还说跑到湖边，我们连一滴水都没有看到，想停下照相的时间都不给。说真的，纳帕海，多美的名字，但我们真的一滴水都没有看到。后来我在网上看到相关的资料介绍知道纳帕海是当地有名的草原，其中的湖泊到枯水期会没有多少水，但绝对还是可以看到一滴水的。哎，失望，和旅行团去就是这样，一个景点匆匆忙忙，在卡点卡得准确的情况下，我们失望的离开了香格里拉，但香格里拉真正的风景是不是真的象传说中的那样是最后的美丽，我们不得而知。
去丽江的路上，值得一提的是沿路的大片大片的向日葵田，如果你看过电视剧《金粉世家》其中有一幕男女主角在向日葵中的镜头，你一定可以感受到那一片金黄的美丽带给你的遐想。亲眼看到那片片金黄的向日葵花，在接近暮色的黄昏中伸展着她们美丽的花瓣，确实收不回眼睛。
伴着月色的清晖，丽江，映入了我们眼底。
畅游云南（5）---丽江我不知道丽江是什么时候名扬天下的，只是每一个到过丽江的人都告诉我那是一个美丽的无法想象的地方。而我却一直把她想象成一片绝美的风景，就象是一座山，一条河，却从来不知道她是一座城。
旅途的劳累早已折磨得我疲惫不堪，可能是太累，也可能是不习惯，我几乎没有一天睡好过，连续两天的头疼更让我迫切需要休息。由于可以在丽江停留两个晚上，我便放弃了旅行团的安排，决定留在酒店好好休息。虽然玉龙雪山的神秘美丽也是丽江名满天下的另一个不可放弃的风景，但我还是宁愿在丽江古城清新的空气中多感受一会儿。没有旅行团的限制，我可以自由的去领略古城绝世仅有的清幽、宁静，淡泊、明远，真是我们此行唯一的幸事。
终于可以不和大帮同事嘈嘈杂杂的一大早就爬起来跑了，我悠悠闲闲的洗了个头，慢慢的踱出门去。丽江的出租不贵，6块钱可以跑个全城。城门口，古朴的风车伴着涓涓水流，引着我踏上了五花石铺地的小路。丽江大研古城是没有城墙的， 夏日的阳光淡淡的，让这个高原小城一点也感觉不到酷暑的滋味。古城基本上是二层的青砖木板房，就象电影里许多年前的某个江南小镇，流水从人家前划过，我仿佛看到，美丽的少女推开清晨雕花的窗格，邻家的哥哥眼里含情的目光。古城的人家恬静、淡然，邻窗抱着一本书坐在长凳上悠闲读书的女孩，在自家铺头自顾自雕琢工艺品的匠人，长长的垂柳扶在肩头，我一下子以无以言表的感觉喜欢上了这里。我终于明白，为什么丽江可以让人难以忘怀。在这里，你真的可以一个人发呆，因为，这里有你不得不沉下的理由，就连咖啡桌上金黄色的兰花，也能让你拥有一个梦般的暇思。于是，我可以坐在柳树下，可以一个人细品一杯咖啡，我可以慢慢的坐，细细的想，让自己的思绪和着面前的流水轻轻的飘，轻轻的飘。这就是丽江，我眼里的丽江，一个让你回归自我的地方。
丽江还让我惊异的是这里云集的商贾，大大小小上百个铺头卖着千奇百异你在大都市根本就不曾见过的工艺品，那些工艺品有的以神奇的东巴文化的传说为背景制作，有些就是极具特色的民族饰品，制作工艺既有精工细琢，又有粗旷豪放，原始古朴和现代细腻融于一体，而且许多是手工制作。我流连在每一个铺面，细细的欣赏着，把玩着，几乎忘记了时间。这些工艺品也不是多么昂贵，价格也大多是几十块钱，而且可以讲价。所以丽江绝对是个值得你大把购物的地方，因为出了丽江你很难买到类似的东西。
晚上我们在红太阳剧场观看了丽江当地的民族舞蹈《丽水金沙》，这绝对是一台值得一看的演出。不论从舞台造型，灯光设置，音响效果还是舞者缠绵动人的舞姿，都让我们惊讶这台华丽的演出带给我们的视觉和听觉效果。作为全国有名的旅游城市，丽江真的以她古朴的风姿和今世的妖娆让我们感受到了美丽。
丽江仅有的纳西古乐据说也是来丽江不可不听的，但我认为象我这样不懂音律的人真的是无法欣赏，在舞蹈《丽水金沙》的开始有一段纳西古乐的表演，我觉得那声音真的不如现在音乐悦耳，幸亏没有去欣赏专场的古乐演出。后来我也看到相关的网友评论，还是有许多人和我有一样的看法。
应该说我们是以恋恋不舍的心情离开丽江的，我总在想，有机会希望还能来丽江，希望能在丽江住上三五日，和着悠悠的阳光，租一辆单车，伴着心爱的人慢慢的逛遍古城，累了就吃一口丽江粑粑，坐在清清的水边眯着眼睛小睡，华灯初上，挽着他的臂膀，慢慢的徜漾在泡吧的人群中。只有丽江，我想，真的只有丽江才能让你有这样的宁静。
畅游云南（6）--- 昆明经过几乎一天的车程，我们从丽江返回昆明。做车的枯燥和烦闷是不能想象的，虽然云南沿途的风景绝佳，但我们旅途的劳累更是让所有的人只有一个念头，就是回家，真的思念家中那张温暖的床。好容易到达昆明，可以伸展一下了。吃完晚餐，到昆明一个大学校友那里去看了一下，也很多年没有见面了，所以感到很亲切。听了他的推荐，第二天去游览了一下民族村，可能我是从下面游回来，对云南的民族了解的已经挺多了，再看民族村感觉没有什么意思。本来昆明的滇池、龙门是很有名气的，但据说污染严重，再加上时间不够也就没有去游览。
昆明号称春城，鲜花四季开不败，这里的鲜花也十分便宜。临走，我们特意去逛了花市，同事们又是鲜花、干花买了一大把带上飞机。
没想到返程并不顺利，云南似乎舍不得我们离去，飞机晚点一个多小时。昆明机场是民用和军用机场一起使用的，因为军用飞机的起飞影响了民航的正常起飞。来的时候曾看到机场上停了一些似乎是轰炸机之类的军用飞机还以为是废弃的，现在才知道全是在使用的。想想昆明作为旅游城市，民航都没有专用机场，似乎不太利于昆明的发展吧。
返回广州已是晚上6点左右，没想到，还是让我们走了长长的甬道从国际厅过来，又是提着行李累的半死。
假期结束回来上班，一次意外的听到办公室两个同事的对话，一个没有去云南旅游的同事问另一个游完归来的同事：“怎么样，到云南有什么感受？”回答只有一个字“累！”“除了累还有什么感觉？”“还是累！”我在后面听到忍不住想笑，是啊，云南之旅真的是让我们疲惫不堪，但尽管如此，云南，那七色彩云的故乡，留给我的却是不尽的回味。
几点补充：
1、 据说云南是全国背包族自助旅游最多的地方，并且有比较齐全的接待自助旅游的设施，比如便宜的旅馆、饭店，自助人自发组织的接待单位，同时你也很容易找到旅伴，就象在丽江，古城里的客栈都是物美价廉，住在古城你既可以欣赏风景也可以真正感受到古城的神韵， 所以真的建议喜欢旅游的朋友不要跟旅行团，因为广州去云南旅游的团虽然很多，为了招揽生意价钱也便宜不少，但是旅途其实挺缩水，比如我们这个团说是每人二十元的伙食标准，但我们实际吃得挺差，几乎没有云南特色，印象最深的就是那个汤，几乎顿顿都是素罗卜汤，让我们抱怨不止。住的说是三星级或类似三星级标准，但几乎全部是类似三星级标准，有些地方有没有类似三星级标准我们都不知，反正感觉挺差的。再就是旅行团的购物，每个地方一串的购物点，浪费了我们大把的时间和金钱。所以选择自助游云南，不仅可以自由的欣赏风景，还能真正的体会风景。
2、 关于云南的特产，真的可以说云南是购物资源丰富的不得了的地方。云南虽然不产玉，但它和缅甸相临，所以玉石真的是它的一大购物特色。在云南境内旅游，不论哪里大大小小的玉店琳琅满目，让你看不过来，爱不释手。云南的名茶，各种草药，大理的大理石，蜡染，丽江的扎染，还有各种民族饰品，民族工艺品，真的美不胜收。窃以为购物应该了解地方特色，比如虽然大理石在云南境内很多地方卖，但大理是最正的产地，也品种最全、最多、价格相对便宜的地方。要是找对地方，你真是可以买到又好又便宜但又极具特色的东西
3、 了解一些你要去的地方的情况是很重要的，所谓知己知彼就不会有踏上陌生的地方不知所措的感觉，所以上网查资料很有必要。现在网上有大量的旅游资料，各个方面的都有，要是自助游也可以上网找到旅店和游伴。我们这次去玩就没有事先多查一些云南的旅游资料，被旅行团拉着跑，真的还是留了许多遗憾。
